I have been working out now for almost 2 years, and it is only very recently I have braved doing so in public — how crazy is that? I didn’t want to be the fat girl in the gym every one was looking at, of course I now realise the gym is full of fat people and unless you do something stupid like fall off the treadmill, no one is going to be looking at you!
I still don’t love it to be honest, I prefer working out at home, but at least I know I can do it now.
I use my elliptical most days and do an additional work out DVD a few times per week. I had always used this ancient Dance Workout DVD, from like 2001 — I just got a new one a few days ago that I plan to try tonight, it’s another dance type one. I don’t really know why I prefer dance work outs to others, I think it’s because it seems more like it serves a purpose — I am dancing and burning calories, rather than just swinging my arms and legs about to burn calories.
I should really venture out to an actual dance class like the ones at MoveFitnessAndDance.com, they are a Gilbert fitness and dance studio with all state of the art equipment and have fun classes available for every one from kids to adults

I just installed the new beta version of wordpress here at 1NetezNet. I have only had a little play so far, but here’s what I think — I love that it is so simple to add new plugins now, I don’t even have to download them manually and upload them any more, but other than that I don’t see anything special, a new design that’ll take some getting used to…that’s about it.

Our new house that we are moving into in February…had I already mentioned about out new house? I think I just may have done you know, once…maybe twice…maybe 100 times
I really need to stop watching so much TV, then blogging about it — and spend more time preparing for the big day. Packing will have to start soon, I am just so excited about it…but also really nervous as well. I just can not wait to spend my first night in my new spanking home
Well it’s not a new house, not by any means, in fact I think it was built back in the 1970s so it’s pretty old by current standards — I am fine with that, obviously there are benefits to owning a fancy newly built home but in today’s climate any house is a great house.
Schumacher Homes is a Louisiana based company that builds beautiful top quality family homes. I have just been looking at some of their stunning properties online and, well, I can only dream that one day I will be able to live somewhere like that.
You can read independent Schumacher Homes Reviews on Schumacher Homes Reviews from real people who have actually had dealings with this company.

I am currently watching Survivor Australia, that is…the Australian version of Survivor, not the US season set in Australia.
I know it aired in 2005, but I am a little slow OK?
I was rooting for David to win for quite some time, as he seemed to be the only one really playing the game and he skillfully avoided disaster several times. Now that he is out I am rooting for Imogen, a because she is from Neighbours and b because I don’t think it’s right a previously voted out member should win it.
I only have the finale left to watch now, so it won’t be long before I find out who the Sole Survivor will be

I am so tired right now I can hardly keep my heavy eyes open. The good news is that I am heading to bed in around 30 minutes time and I know that when I do, not long after my head hits the pillow I will be in a wonderful deep sleep and will remain there for at least 8 hours.
I don’t know how people with insomnia cope, really I don’t. When I don’t get my 8 hours a night I simply can’t function normally — and there’s nothing worse than those sleepless nights when you are just so tired you can’t even move, but still the sleep doesn’t come to you.
I had one of those recently, where I was still awake at 7am, when I went to York…I don’t know if it was too much caffiene or just being in a strange bed, but it was not a fun night!
I’ve heard all manner of helpful sleep tips over the years, from the usual and obvious ones such as making sure it’s really dark, listening to some soft music and drinking a nice hot chocolate beforehand to the more unheard of ones such as using an adjustable bed for maximum comfort.

I can’t wait to watch The Biggest Loser USA 7 which kicked off last night, I have it on my computer ready to watch but just have not had chance yet — I am hopeful I will get to watch it on Saturday and I am sure I will report back here once I have
I am also super excited for The Biggest Loser Aus 4 which begins right at the start of February.
Can’t wait to watch tonight’s episode of Top Chef after it being off air for a few weeks over the Christmas period and I can’t wait for the new season of 24 to start at the weekend.
Weee. All the telly is starting to come back after the slow period
