I am about to watch Dollhouse, the new Joss Wheadon Sci-Fi starring the delicious Eliza Dushku.
I love Eliza, I love Joss, I am not that keen on Sci-fi…but I can get over that enough to give it a chance at least.
I have high hopes and will report back once it’s watched.

I am a pet lover, but pets need their own beds, fact.
My brother and sister in law have two dogs and they don’t have special pet beds for them, they let them sleep where ever they want even on their bed — usually on blankets, but still, to me that is seriously gross. Pet beds don’t exist purely to be ‘cute’, they serve a purpose also.
Dirty buggers.

Here’s what I am thinking — I am going to get some TV show to pay to do up our new gaff!
There’s so much stuff I want that I simply can’t afford, we are going to be getting our washing machine from FreeCycle and our Window Blinds out of someones trash at the moment.
Well OK things aren’t quite that bad, but there’s going to be a lot of compromising going on.
So I will just create some sob story and get 60 minute makeover to come and make me my dream apartment at their cost, problem solved.
I’ll throw in some tears and/or dramatics for them so as to make sure they get a good show.
Win/Win

Despite it being my favourite show on the telly, ever, I was not that excited about Survivor starting up again last night — Gabon only seemed to end a few weeks ago. I love it, love love love love love it, but you can have too much of a good thing.
I still thoroughly enjoyed the episode of course. The location looks like it is going to be brutal and the delightful Jeff is on form as ever.
I didn’t really understand the point of the ‘twist’ where they voted someone off based on first impressions, we already know how that goes, we already know the first impression pecking order.
I am glad the crazy old lady stayed, she has more miles in her for entertainment value — does she remind any one else of the similarly old and crazy woman from Season 5 Thailand?
Not much else to say at the moment, we’ll have to see how it goes
