I am afraid this series has simply not floated my boat, I am not sure why.

I think there has been a certain element of predictability about it, Ray and Jess were always going to be in the finale as they are clearly on a different level to all other contestants this year — the only battle was who was going to be the third person to make it there with them?

Turns out it’s Donal and that’s fine by me, he comes across as a really nice guy.

But I didn’t fall madly in love with any one this series, I didn’t find myself rooting for any one to improve, I didn’t strongly dislike any one (though was getting there with whingebag Colleen!) and frankly I don’t care who goes on to win it.

Still loving Phillip Schofield though, he’s the only thing this series that has floated my boat..the silver haired fox that he is.

I had considered getting a sleep number bed recently because I was having a heck of a time with insomnia, I had done a lot of reading and was willing and able to try any thing that would potentially make me all better — well imagine my relief when about a week ago it just passed on it’s own, I have been sleeping like an absolute log the last few days, asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow as it should be.

It’s so nice, you don’t realise how much you appreciate something so simple as finding it easy to drop off until you have to cope without it for a while!
