When I become a parent, something that is still a few years away at least, I am damn sure I am going to make sure my kids grow up with a healthy attitude to weight — easier said than done, right? I am sure most parents with over weight children didn’t plan for it to happen that way — but watching shows like The Biggest Loser make me passionate about this, give kids the tools and knowledge about food and exercise while they are young and hopefully when they become adults they will continue on the right path!

First lovely Teresa and now beautiful Sherif — taken out of the game by the alliance of five, for no good reason other than because the producers of this show clearly like to see alliances work!

When it was revealed that Meaghan would take the walk and the two options would be to either take out a girl or a guy I thought, yes yes yes, the producers have realised that this seasons is going to be extremely boring and predictable if the alliance of five is allowed to continue, they will give her the eliminate a girl option and she will have to take out either Tiff, Sammy or her own mother.

I about fell over when she pulled out the eliminate a guy option.

It just doesn’t make sense, where’s the fun for the rest of the season now? An alliance of four (Meaghan, Sam, Cam, Julie and Tiff minus whichever girl was eliminated) vs an alliance of three (Sherif, Andrew and Sean) is watchable, they are the underdogs but with immunity and a high chance Cam and Julie would fall below the yellow line together, it makes it possible that they can even things up.

Five vs Two, it’s game over.

I think it’s obvious the oldies will fall on their swords if they fall below with any of the three young girls, if any of the other two fall below the line with any one they will leave.

I really don’t now see how this season can end any other way than with the three girls in the finale along with either Cam or Nathan.

Booooring.

You know what I wish they would create? Heart Rate Monitor watches that actually look half decent! I just got a new one today and I love the functionality of it, but I can’t wear it all the time as a day to day watch because it simply isn’t gorgeous enough — not like a Timex, I would love to be able to own one of their traditional leather watches, I might even treat myself to one some time in the next few weeks.

Although I did get a new watch for Christmas, my lovely husband to be bought it for me but…and shh now don’t tell him…but I don’t really like it that much.

Jewellery and watches are such personal items I think, it’s always best to let someone choose their own because no matter how well you think you know someone it is hard to get it right. I bought him a Timex watch last Christmas and it was great, top of the range and really classy — but he didn’t like it, he couldn’t explain why, he just didn’t.
