We got back before they did!

So, we are back from our holiday now and like always we sent print postcards to our parents — why we bother though I am not sure as most of the time we end up getting back before they do and that’s certainly true this time around. We sent them on the third day of our trip and they still aren’t here, we’ve been back three days!
It is nice to send postcards though don’t you think? Communication is so easy these days with the Internet being so prolific and texting — so it’s nice to be a little old school and send an actual physical letter. Plus my mum enjoys collecting them, we always have to get her one with a picture of the place we are on it
