Costumes that is – people go out and spend a fortune on them each year and with more and more events where people are dressing up either for fun or because they are required to it can seem never ending! Most people also seem to have this idea that an outfit or costume can only be worn once.

So why not find a way to recycle or return them – and by recycle I don’t mean literally, I mean like maybe creat a swap group at your work or in your group of friend – so when you are done with a costume hand it in and select a new one from the others your friends have handed in themselves.

I found a site that has loads of information on holiday costume returns at Costume-returns.com – they let you know exactly what items are returnable and what are not. Mascots for example cannot be returned.
