I watched a show last night that was taking a look back at “the noughties” and it was pretty interesting – hard to believe for example that MP3 players didn’t even exist last decade. Also they spoke about Internet dating – my fiance and I met online ten years ago now and it’s true that that was not something we shouted about back then whereas these days it’s totally socially acceptable for people to meet online.

It was the first part of two I believe, so I look forward to watching the rest

I just tried to order Dexter Season 3 DVD from a retailer and I was floored that a message popped up to say that they didn’t accept credit card payments – what what? It’s almost 2010 and they don’t accept credit cards, are they living in the last decade? How can an online retailer like that survive in this economy? Needless to say I ordered it from somewhere else and I can’t wait to start watching it
