That episode was a total mindf**k!
I had no idea what was happening at any point really and went through so many emotions.
When Rob won immunity I was again a bit disappointed – they’ve been biggin’ up this damned Rob vs Russell thing for so long now that even though they are my two favourites even I am bored and ready for it to be over.
When Russell first said he might give Parvarti the idol I slapped my hand to my head and pleaded that he’d see sense – she’s such a slippery damn thing – I know it turned out in Russells favour as his alliance has been kept in tact but I really can’t work out if it was all him and all strategy or if he’s actually a little bit in love with her and wrapped around his finger! I can’t imagine that he’d suddenly not care if he was eliminated and if it suited him to let Parvati go he’d do it in a second
I love that he’s such a wild card and you can’t deny that was some great tribal council he gave, but I think it was a crazy ass move – never give immunity away – how was he sooooo sure Tyson was going to flip his vote? That little conversation they had about it wouldn’t be any where near enough for me to feel secure that I knew what he was going to do!
Seems from the preview from next week Rob is now aware that Russell IS one of the ‘big boys’ and cause for concern…rather than just an annoying little rat that can be easily tossed away.
Glad that James has gone also, but was surprised – I thought Amanda would never turn on him no matter what, and why do it this week saving Colby who seems to have given up but not last week when they could have saved Tom who was much stronger?
I think Amanda and Rupert are screwed now, surely Candice, Colby and JT will club together and take them out next?
I am amused about the fact none of them will know where that extra Parvati vote came from, if Tyson really didn’t tell any one it’s definitely going to throw a cat among the pigeons and cause suspicion!
And speaking of Parvati, how is every one feeling about the way she’s playing the game this season? I am probably bias cos I have never liked her but she’s been pretty invisible to me, if we didn’t know what she’s like from other seasons you’d easily believe that she was just a bimbo following along with whatever Russell says – she’s been on the outer since day one but doesn’t seem to be doing much about it, just sticking with Russell and allowing him to get her out of holes. It doesn’t seem like she’s doing any thing for herself at the moment.
Another cracking episode for sure, loving this season.

Have you ever noticed that there are always
