I wish there were a cellulite treatment that really worked, if there was I would pay a small fortune to get it. It’s a very long time since I went fishing, not since I was a child and I used to go with my dad when we were in Scotland. We had family up there so went at least a few times per year and we’d go sit out on some rocks for hours and fish away – he was really into it but I just went along for the fun and to spend time with him.
Well I am going fishing again in a few days time and I am looking forward to it. We are going out on a friends boat this time so I think it will be like a whole new experience, deep sea fishing isn’t the same as what I used to do as a child apparently – that’s what the research I have been doing tells me any way – because I have not been in such a long time and actually have not even been on a boat in several years I wanted to make sure I did a little reading online first so that I at least sort of know what’s going on.
I now know what Yacht Tenders are, which side of the boat is which, what sort of bait to use depending on what sort of fish are likely to be out there and even how to reel it in when I do get a bite on my line.
I do not know why we have never been out on our friends boat before though, they have invited us several times and we have always wanted to but it seems like something always got in the way or the timing was bad. I am sure my fiance is going to have a great time, sitting around, chatting and drinking beer is right up his street

My friend has been living and working out there for several years now and a few months ago she got into an accident at work – her bosses have apparently gone from being really good, decent people that she considered friends to…well…the opposite of that. At first they took the blame and said they would do whatever was necessary to help ease the pain – both physical and monetary, but as the costs started to mount and the amount of time needed off work increased they started backing out and trying to lay the blame elsewhere.
I have been telling her for a while she should get some legal advice to see where she stands but she is hesitant to do so because it’s awkward – she loves the job and wants to keep working there after she’s back to full health – so she wants to get them to play ball and do what they said they’d do, but she also doesn’t want to rock the boat too much and do some serious damage to the relationship.
It’s basically a hot mess and I am glad that it’s not me in that situation.
I have had my iPad for around a month now and I love it, I spent a lot of time contemplating if I really needed one or not before I took the plunge and purchased because they are pretty expensive and money is tight – I definitely don't regret going for it though and it certainly gets a lot of use.
I was just on the appstore looking to see if there were any new iPad applications I might be interested in, I already have more than I can count but am always on the lookout for more and want to get it nice and full for when I go on holiday next month. I came across an appazine from Ringier called 'The Collection' and it looks ideal – it's free to grab from the appstore and will be updated with new content each month, hence the name 'appazine' I think it's clever to have content that is often changing as it keeps people interested, and having a regular time scale of when it will be updated is always nice as I am a creature of habit
The first edition which I am yet to read properly is all about the Royal family and the Royal wedding, it has articles, pictures and fun little interactive features and games – there's an in depth article about Prince William that I am going to curl up on the sofa and read when I get the chance. I have been a busy little bunny the last few weeks and have been finding it hard to find the time to relax and do a little reading.
Uh-oh, I think I have a new little online obsession – usually I am hooked playing games on Facebook like Bejewelled Blitz and Zuma but I came across a little slot type casino game called Ramesses Riches a few days ago and have been playing on it ever since. Someone came up to me while I was out shopping today and asked if I wanted to buy some gold bullion, what a very strange question to ask a random person walking passed. What use would I have with it, but more so why would I buy it off a random guy in the street – I’d go online to find the best price first and make sure I was getting what I was paying for.
