I have just been looking at iphone accessories for my hubby, he got his very first iphone a few weeks ago and I have been meaning to buy him a present to say thanks for finally getting his behind in gear and getting us somewhere to live – we’ve been non stop since we moved in a few weeks ago and he’s worn out bless him.
Yay new things :)
Posted in shopping on 08/30/2010 10:19 pm by adminI need to go to the shops at some point and pick up some new Kohler kitchen faucets, the ones we had before have finally given up. They have been there since before we moved in several years ago and they were a bit dodgy then so I am surprised it’s taken so long for them to actually fully die – I am glad they have though, now I can get new fancy ones
Looking for a part time job
Posted in work on 08/30/2010 10:16 pm by adminI was just looking around to see if there are any airport jobs available at the moment as I really need to get a part time job to help pay the bills and it makes sense to try there as it’s right next door – I could walk to work within about 10 minutes and that would suit me much more than having to rely on public transport – I kinda hate public transport. It’s such a big place there’s bound to be at least a little something going, right?
I love the Internet :)

I would be totally lost without sites like rapidshare you know, because despite being from the UK the mass majority of shows I watch are from the USA and Australia and I need to be able to download or stream them online. I use a Rapidshare Search site called Filez.st on a daily basis to get my fix of favourite Tv shows and they are going to download so much fast now, we just moved to a new area so I am going from 2.5mbs broadband to 21mbs broadband. A world without the Internet would suck for such a hardcore TV fan
Write it for me?

I wish we had the Internet when I was at school, or heck even mobile phones – it’s crazy to think that just 15 years ago we really didn’t have any modern technology in schools to help make things easier and what not!
Back in ‘my’ day if you had left your homework until the last minute as I always inevitably did, then you were in trouble because all you could do was try and call a friend on their land line and hope that they were in and that their parents would let them speak to you. Having said that even if I could get in touch with my friends most of them were equally as useless with school as I was so they were rarely any help.
These days of course you can just contact your friends via text or facebook or email to ask for advice, you can use search engines to research the topic you are meant to be writing about and heck you can even get whole dissertations written for you by professionals in your chosen field these days! That’s something that definitely wasn’t an option 15 years ago and I am still amazed every time I see one offering this service and turn green with envy and think about how much money I would have spent getting things written for me if I could have got away with it.
I just did a search for “custom dissertations uk” and came across loads of sites where you can get, they can create custom ones on all manner of dissertation topics – I don’t know how they do it, all I know is as I said above – I just we’d had all this technology available when I was at school as I am sure I would have got much better results than those I did end up with!
Is it December yet?
Posted in Uncategorized on 08/17/2010 12:08 am by adminI just bought some led christmas lights, yes I am aware that it’s only August but I like to be prepared, we’ve moved into a new place so we don’t really have any decorations and the like – a great offer on some came up that was hard to pass up.
I want to get a load of other decorations and a tree as well before the mad rush of December is upon us.
Getting a new cell phone
Posted in Current Events on 08/17/2010 12:05 am by adminDoes any one know a good site with cell phone reviews? It’s time for me to get a new cell phone and I really want a good one, it’s an update on my contract so it’s free and I can get any that I want at any value – awesome!
Like I say though I really want to read some reviews of cell phones before jumping into any thing as it’s a long time since I got a new cell phone or really looked in to any.
I’m really excited about it
Poker Time!

I was just looking for some Online Poker user reviews because I have a fancy for a little poker this evening. It’s been a while since I played so I am sure I am rusty, but I’ve been feeling the urge for a few weeks now.
I am going to try and find a site with the best Online Poker Bonuses so I get the most out of my money – if I am going to lose some while I get back into the swing of things then I need to make sure I get as much as I can
I just did a search for Online Poker bonus search and there are some pretty great deals around at the moment.
Should be a fun evening
Biggest Loser UK coming back :)

It will take on the American format of only airing once per week this time however. The show will run for 8 weeks and will again take on the couples format.
The Biggest Loser originally aired on Living for two series in 2005 and 2006, before moving to ITV daytime in 2009. Last year’s run was won by Kevin Sage, who lost 9 stone 6lbs.
Joint managing director Karen Smith from production company Shine TV said:
“Despite its cheeky title, The Biggest Loser is a hugely positive series which genuinely transforms people’s lives for the better.
“Last year’s winner Kevin has maintained his weight loss and has just completed the London Marathon while Jodie Prenger, who won a previous series, went on to appear as Nancy on the hit BBC Show I’d Do Anything when her weight loss gave her a new-found confidence.”
ITV’s director of factual, daytime and GMTV Alison Sharman said:
“This is a one of the great formats of recent years. It is a wonderfully entertaining watch, with powerful and inspirational stories at its heart. I am delighted that an ITV primetime audience will now be able to enjoy it.”
