Call Center Fly-on-the-wall!

I am surprised they have not yet done a reality show based on call center services. It’s one of those professions that I think would make for interesting telly — everyone I know who works in a call center hates it and thinks that the customers they have to deal with are idiots, there are websites set up for ’stupid customers’ where people share their stories. At the same time 90% of the public don’t like call center workers and think they are useless.
So it’d be good to see it as it really is and from both sides in a fly on the wall style reality show
