I used to drink a lot in my younger days, like most people I guess, but I gave up drinking alcohol a few years ago now. Initially just because I was dieting and wanted to see if I could do it and it was so easy to not drink alcohol that I just never started again.
I am sure my favourite online wine store misses my custom hehe
That’s not to say I have given up for good, there’s nothing wrong with having the occasional glass of wine and when a situation comes up that I want a drink a drink I will have!
I had planned to have a few at my friends wedding last month but every time someone offered me a drink or I went to the bar I just asked for a diet coke by default without thinking!
I will definitely share a bottle of dry white wine with my fiance when we go on holiday at the end of August, we already have the bottle of wine because someone gave me one for my birthday back in March. We are going to have a naughty day with fish and chips, ice cream and wine on the balcony.
Ah the wonders of British holidays

I work in the graphic design/video editing industry and deal with every thing from DVD replication to CD Authoring, so I like to think I know my apples from my oranges, but truth be told I am so used to using the select few pieces of software that I am trained in it becomes a complete nightmare for me on the odd occasion I have to use something else. I really should try getting better in multiple softwares, it can only help me out in the long run.
If you are a company and need help with any thing like graphic design, full full-service CD authoring, DVD authoring, CD and DVD mastering services and replication and duplication then check out VE Associates. Based in California but dealing with businesses nationwide they are a well known and respected name in the field who offer a professional and speedy service at great prices.
I hope to be able to work for a company of their calibre one day, I love my job and the people I work for but it is only a small local firm with only a handful of big clients. My plan is to either get promoted there or move on to bigger and better things in the next two years.

LAPoliceGear.com sell all kinds of clothing and accessories for all kinds of outdoor fun, from Blackhawk SERPA to Galco leather holsters. They are a well known and respected company that offer already really low prices, I have never seen some of these products at a similar price. At the moment their prices are even cheaper because if you enter code ‘MAY09′ at check out you can get an additional 15% off your order – the code expires tomorrow however, so use it quickly if you plan to!
I might just have to gear my husband out in some new stuff this year so we can have a fun summer in the great outdoors

I sometimes think I must have been a magpie in a previous life, because I can’t get enough of all things shiny and blinging. I practically drool at the sight of cubic zirconia and twinkly amethysts — it’s one of the many reasons I love all the creative reality shows that are out there, like Next Top Model and Project Runway, Project Runway is especially good at feeding my wee gem addiction as they are forever emblazoning their creations with the stuff.
I want to be a fashion designer just because it would mean I get to work with gems and gorgeous fabrics all the time. Other than that I would hate to be a fashion designer because I am too clumsy and would constantly be pricking myself with a needle, heh.
I do worry about this wee obsession of mine though because my mum shares it and she feeds her obsession by watching those awful shopping channels 24/7 and buying all manner of jewellery and gems and other things that she then either sends back because they were too expensive or because they don’t look any where near as nice up close and personal as they did on the television — she never learns though, she always goes back for more.

I used to love going to work with my mum when I was little, she worked in my uncles furniture store and I got up to all kinds of mischief — hiding under beds, jumping on beds, hiding in cupboards and jumping out and making customers jump hehe
I also used to love playing at secretary in the office, playing minesweeper on the computer back in the days when the monitors were the size of a small house! Using the hole punch, messing with the receipt printer and ‘filing’ things — innocent days

There are so many reality TV shows out there covering so many genres, fashion and beauty, health and weight loss, design, singing, dancing, cooking — you name it, they have one.
Except for, and correct me if I am wrong, Gardening!
I really can’t think of a gardening related reality show. I know they have shows where someones garden gets a makeover, but I am talking about competitive style reality shows. I would say that it’s because watching who can grow the best perennials wouldn’t be very interesting — but then on paper I don’t think any reality shows sound interesting.
‘Watch 12 people work out and eat well to try and lose weight’
‘Watch 12 people cater in a kitchen’
‘Watch 12 people learn to dance’
I wouldn’t watch any of those just based on that!

The Amazing Race is undoubtedly one of the best darn tooting TV shows on the telly. I have loved it ever since I discovered it way back when, but recently I have come away from each episode feeling gloomy — because it makes me turn green with envy.
I want to be able to travel to all those far flung places and take part in the cultural challenges they face.
I have always had a desire to travel, but a lack of money in my younger days and a Fiance who is too scared to fly these days mean that I have found myself firmly planted to the spot. Boo.
Top two places on my must visit list are Australia and Montenegro — Australia probably doesn’t need much explanation, as is apparent from this blog I just love the culture and attitude.
Montenegro wasn’t even on my radar until a few years ago to be honest, my friend visited once and fell in mad crazy love — I would hear tales and about the places she visited and things she saw for hours on end and she went back there several times in just a few years. On the last trip she made there she fell in mad crazy love again, this time with a fella who now happens to be her husband — so I guess I have a somewhat romanticised ideal about the country in my head
I feel like I know the place inside out already, but reading the Montenegro guide confirms I actually know very little — there are lots of hidden gems to discover
I will go there one day, I really will.

I have hobbies other than watching too much TV then blogging about it you know?
Really! No, honest!
Here on this wonderful Internet I like to do many things, from all the usual ones like hanging out on Facebook and forums — to bargain hunting and playing in online casinos.
So, imagine how happy I am to be able to combine the two of those things. Using sites like CasinoGamblingIndex.com I can find information on which is the best online casino for me. I have been playing bingo, roulette, slots and every thing else online for years now and it’s never really cost me a single penny. I combine cashback deals, where you get £x amount back on whatever you deposit, with killer casino online bonuses, where you get £x amount of free money just for signing up and depositing.
As long as the cashback is the same amount or great than the required deposit you already can’t lose, but with the added bonus money you seriously increase your chances of actually winning something
I had not heard of Inter Casino until reading CGI, but I have just signed up thanks to reading their review. You can get £125 free just for signing up, drool, that’s the biggest bonus I will have ever received.
Now, off to play and see what I can win
