If I had private issues I would hate going to the doctor full stop, nevermind doing it knowing the nation is watching – why does the world need to know if I need to find cures for hemorrhoids or if I have inverted nipples?

I saw the show for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was my first and last time as a viewer. Yuck.

I do remember him having an interest in fishing during the show actually, but it seemed like he disappeared once the show was over so was surprised to see him on TV at all.

If you didn’t see it, several sets of celebrities were taking part in a relay race around the world where they were not allowed to fly – picking up items along the way to auction off for Children in Need.

I like travel shows in general as you know, because I am a total wannabe globe trotter and The Amazing Race is my second favourite reality show. But it was made all the more special because it featured celebrities and was in aid of a good cause.

Some of the places they went and people they saw were amazing. Others, well not so much – I definitely wouldn’t have liked to have been face with that sheeps head that Saira was, or have to sleep down on the floor of a boat next to loads of boat engine parts for several days like the woman from the new had to!

Still, it was a fun little series and I enjoyed it. I am glad I decided to give it a go because I missed the first episode so wasn’t going to bother!

So it’d be good to see it as it really is and from both sides in a fly on the wall style reality show

I love watching shows about money and debts, Spendaholics is probably my favourite — it is super informative and helpful and really highlights how to take care of your money – plus of course it has the essential drama and emotion and trash TV aspects to it that are vital in any show I love, if it ain’t trashy I ain’t interested.

I think I am sensible with money, very much so, but the show taught me that even the most sensible of people can find themselves in trouble due to unforeseen circumstances. No one can ever really know what is around the corner and it’s good to educate yourself so you at least know what options you have available to you should the worst happen to you.

It followed him after his split with Katie and the poor lamb was obviously devastated. It saw him going into Ikea to get new things for his new flat and buying address labels so he could let people know his new address — he didn’t even know what items to buy and had to keep asking people, it’s obviously been a while since he lived on his own. He also wasn’t sure which people to even let know he had moved because a lot of them were her friends and family.

Bless it was just all so sad, really!

I didn’t understand why they went into details on the ESH software they use a few episodes ago though, this is meant to be trash TV, not informative and educational — how very dare it!

I really don’t know why I watch it though, I hate all that blood and gore stuff — I am the sort of person who gets squeamish at such things so why I chose to watch is beyond me. I definitely cannot watch the show while I am eating though, I usually find that it comes on just as I am sitting down to my dinner and I have to set it to record and watch it later. It is not meal time telly haha

Some of the pickles people find themselves in are crazy, in an episode a few weeks ago someone had fallen over while using an industrial sander and scraped half of their face off, it was fully gross — but they were just sat there having a laugh about it!

It always reminds me of the trashy daytime or late night TV I watch about money issues, like Spendaholics — a show where experts take a look at someone finances and help them get out of the tricky situations they have got themselves in with savvy money saving tips and Debt Consolidation advice.

Most of the time the people on it bug me, because they are in debt but then go out and spend £200 on drinking, or shoes, or something equally as non essential each month. Why can’t they see for themselves, without the need of an expert, that cutting that out will help them a lot?

I hate to think how much dear useless Maureens auto insurance cost her, after the whole country had seen her fail her test so many times in such spectacular fashion! Although technically her poor record should not have counted against her as it was not logged any where legal, only on the telly?

I am the sort of person who wants the gorgeous garden, but not the soil under my nails.

If only I had more money, I would be able to hire a gardener and have the best of both worlds!
