I am afraid as much as I was enjoying this series it’s now become pretty boring to me – as Sisqo said, it has become Big Vinnie’s House – very reminiscent of the control Carole had over BB8 (he worst series ever, btw).
They all do as he says. They all think how he tells them to. They all do his bidding.
Dane was becoming my favourite, but he’s so up Vinnie’s backside now it makes me sick.
You only have to look at the nominations to see his hand and influence in most of the votes.
With Sov gone (who was a tool, but at least she stirred them up and didn’t bow down to Vinnie) and Ivana (who I like a lot) and Stephen (total oddball, great TV) surely headed out the door on Friday I am wondering what there is in the final week left to watch.

One of the things that has struck me watching this years Celebrity Big Brother, I need to start using anti wrinkle creams and I need to start using them NOW!
It’s amazing how old and rough some of these people are looking, though I suspect the party lifestyle and drug use has as much to do with that as anything else

I have been enjoying this show a lot, last nights punishment of Basshunter and Sov was pretty hilarious.
I didn’t really warm to Sov at first but now like her loads, my initial favourite was Basshunter and I still think he’s a nice guy but a bit too puerile for me. I can’t warm to Hiedi at all, she seems cold and all she does is lay around in bed all day. Sisqo is adorable and seems like a really nice guy. I couldn’t live with Stephen Baldwin but he makes for good TV. Vinnie seems chilled but a bit arrogant. I can’t make my mind up about Kataya, she seems nice enough but I find it hard to like people who cheat on partners/break up marriages willy nilly as she seems to. Lucy T is nice and I don’t usually like the ditsy glamour girl types – but it’s like she has no filter, if she’s thinking it she says or asks it and that’s refreshing.
I don’t like Alex just because of who he’s associated with and the fact he’s there means we have to think about and endure rumours she may be going in. But overall I think it’s a pretty like able bunch
Still early days though.

I was reminded of dear, sweet, not-a-lot-going-on-upstairs-but-doesn’t-he-look-pretty Ben Adams from Celebrity Big Brother today and the way he proudly spoke of having met his last three girlfriends on Facebook. I always thought it was odd, not so much that he was meeting them online — I met my fella online after all and it’s pretty normal for guys to talk to girls online these days, but facebook? How do you make your move there? What’s the opening line? Facebook for me is and always has been a way to converse with people I already know, I ignore requests from people I don’t know and certainly if a Z list celebrity made contact with me; “Hi, I am Ben Adams off of that boy band that had like, 1 hit back in the 1999s, wanna hook up?” it would be the cause of much mirth.
So I would love to know his actual technique as it clearly worked for him, he could write a tutorial and make a fortune.

…Ulrika!
What now? How did that happen?
I didn’t dislike her as such, but she is surely the most unexpected and least deserving winner since…since…well since Rachel won Big Brother 9 last summer.
She was in there for the pay cheque, purley and simply. She moaned and whinged her way through and constantly spoke of wanting to leave — plus she wasn’t exactly the typical ‘nicey nicey’ winner that often beats out the more entertaining housemates.
I think for entertainment value Coolio should have won, I think for the best overall housemate factor Terry should have won. Ulrika was so far down my list I hadn’t even considered she might win.
Here’s one thing I do know, I am expecting a phone call from a very bemused and annoyed mother tomorrow after she’s seen the show!
Oh well, well done Ulrika — no idea how you did it, but did it you did, indeed.

….well the fact that Ben has made it to the final is no surprise — it’s always the same in any UK reality show, the pretty ex boyband member who lacks any sort of personality does well, because teenage girls are the main voters, le sigh.
What is surprising is that Ulrika is the last woman standing, going in she was probably the person who the public had the worst opinion of and every one thought would be first out. She’s been up every eviction so far — I think that her ‘wanting’ to go is a large part of the reason she stayed, the public wanted to see her earn her fee.
I am also surprised Latoyah went tonight, I thought she had more support than she apparantly does.
Oh well.
Coolio or Terry for the win

There’s a Celebrity Big Brother eviction tonight — but we don’t even know who’s nominated yet.
We will find out in tonights show and the phone lines will open then, then not even an hour later the person with the most votes will be leaving.
How insane is that? Why are they even bothering?
They might as well just have some sort of twist, or game, or random draw that decides who goes.
How very silly.

So the first nominations are out and it’s Ulrikakakakaka vs Luscious Lucy, who goes? Well, we’ll find out on Friday night!
Personally I don’t really mind either way, but I will be very interested to see who goes because both these women are disliked by the public — Lucy is a glamour model and Big Brother fans hate that and Ulrika is a home wrecker who has had more affairs than I have had hot dinners.
Lucy has shown herself to be a real bore in the house so far, where as Ulrika seems to have some umph and personality to her — so really it should be Lucy to go, but then Lucy has the support of The Daily Star and other such trashy tabloids — so I just really cannot call which way it is going to go!

Err, actually I take that back because I think this years line up is pretty impressive. The only one that I hadn’t at the very least heard of was the Scottish politician, Tommy Sheridan.
Lucy Pinder, Ulrikakaka, Mini Me, Coolio, Latoya Jackson, Terry Christian — how can you not have heard of these people?
Michelle Heaton, Mutya Beauno — doesn’t take much jogging of the memory to realise who these guys are.
The woman from Shameless, Terry Sheridan, him from A1 — OK not exactly ‘A list’, but they are definite celebrities.
Really there’s not a non entity in sight, all deserve to be there based on what they have achieved in their careers.
Color me impressed
