Who is Michael Masterson?

Michael Masterson releases a weekly newsletter wherein he gives his readers a no-holds-barred view on entrepreneurship, marketing, investing, publishing, personal success, medical issues and a lot more. Michael founded this vital and successful means to communicate to the masses and continues giving his take on life and offering advice on business in his present status as Editor Emeritus.

Let Brian G. Johnson help you become the successful Internet marketer which you are meant to be. Follow this link and get instant access to his free Mini Internet Marketing Mini Course.

Michael’s philosophy is that if you work and play hard and keep on doing what you really love to do well into your octogenarian years, you won’t just be doing wishful thinking about having a good life. He agrees with health expert, Dr. Al Sears’ that you can move like you’re feeling 50 years old even when you’re a 100 years old. Michael recommends reading Reset Your Biological Clock to reach that stage in life.

On the business side, in late January of 2011, Michael offered “How to Get a Good Job Now… Even if You’re Fresh out of College”. The newsletter contents also included an article on Profit Opportunity: Master Limited Partnerships (MLP) and The Language Perfectionist: The Moral of the Story. In early February, Michael reiterated some of what he covered in January’s missive while expounding on the subject.

MLP’s are companies that take a different approach to success in the oil and gas zone, just like Sears does with your person. Michael explains that MLPs don’t drill or explore, they don’t buy or sell gas or oil. They just move it and process or store it. Their income I based on the volume that goes through the pipelines. So by owning an MLP, you get quarterly distribution payments like you would receive dividends. Michael goes on to advise on what to look for regarding this type of investment.

Insofar as Internet Entrepreneurs are concerned, Michael touts an Internet Marketing Focus Plan that’s explained on one page. Amazing! He says you can have a clear vision of and Internet business as well as a set of objectives while you define the tactics needed to take any business to the next stage. Hear him out.

Feeling useful

I said I would help my aunt find a good term life ins policy for her to sign up to. I have a reputation among my friends and family as an uber bargain hunter as well as an internet expert so whenever any one has any online research to do or just wants the best price on something they usually come to me – I quite like it really, it’s nice to feel useful :)

I love the Internet :)

I would be totally lost without sites like rapidshare you know, because despite being from the UK the mass majority of shows I watch are from the USA and Australia and I need to be able to download or stream them online. I use a Rapidshare Search site called Filez.st on a daily basis to get my fix of favourite Tv shows and they are going to download so much fast now, we just moved to a new area so I am going from 2.5mbs broadband to 21mbs broadband. A world without the Internet would suck for such a hardcore TV fan :)

How annoying!

configbox_rscI have an entire cupboard full of shipping supplies, yet the other day when I needed a shipping box to send something back I bought and was faulty, of course I couldn’t find one. Isn’t that always the way?

I used to ebay a lot so all the stuff is left over from that, like most people I don’t bother much with ebay any more as they take too much in fees, but I never got around to getting rid of it all.

Maybe I will make that my task for this week.

Deals from Hughes Net

I am seriously going to find a new Internet provider soon, I keep saying it every time my current one annoys me but then forgetting about it once it starts working again! This time I mean it, I really need high speed internet!

internetI wish I could sign up to hughes net who have some great deals available at the moment and offer speeds of up to 3.0mbps — drool — compared to what I am currently getting that sounds like a dream.

I spend a lot of time uploading videos to youtube so for me the upload speed is as important as the download speed.

Hughes Net here we come!

internetI have just spent half the day around my neighbours house trying to sort out his satellite internet, I say half the day, I am exaggerrating of course — I was there about 40 minutes, but it felt like half the day when it’s sunny outside and there are a lot of other things I would rather be doing.

The upshot is that his provider did some scheduled maintenance yesterday that went a bit wrong and he’s had to change some settings on his router to get it working again.

It’s a farce really, how is someone who has no clue about these things meant to work that out on their own? And they were rather rude to him/me on the phone, talking to us as though we were being stupid!

I have told him to move to hughes internet instead, he doesn’t seem keen on the idea because he’s ‘happy where he is’ but I will talk him round, hughesnet internet offer great reliable service and actually work out cheaper in the long run than what he is currently using — even if it wasn’t I would suggest he move there because I am so annoyed at the way we were spoken to.

Hughes Net internet here we come.

Oh Typical!

…of course on the first night in weeks that there was actually loads of shows on last night, my Internet died on me so I was unable to watch any thing.

lostNow I am all behind. Two episodes of Scrubs, two hours of American Idol and two hours of The Biggest Loser and two hours of Lost that I just don’t know when I will get the chance to get caught up on.

Grr.

I am not sure that I will watch American Idol this season any way though, I tend not to like it once it gets passed the auditions stage — time will tell.
