As you know I gave up watching Lost a while ago, after the awful episode where Ben faced the monster and saw his dead daughter.
However alot of Facebook status updates and tweets during the last episode that aired got me interested again and with the reality tv season now over (noooooo!) and the fact I did already have the episodes saved I decided to give it another go.
Still not loving it to be honest, but I will watch the season out.

I gave up Heroes a few weeks ago and now it looks like Lost won’t be too far behind.
What was that episode, not this weeks as I am a little behind, but the one that aired the week before. We had at least two dead people running around the island in John Locke and Alex, plus a smoke monster, time travel and heck knows what other lazy plot devices and holes.
What has this show become? I feel like I don’t care about what happens to any of these people any more, in fact I don’t even know who half of them are…he’s been in it for several episodes now and although I know he must have been in it previously I am still yet to work out who the pilot guy, Frank?, is meant to be.
I remember the producers way back in season 1 & 2 telling us that every thing on the island could be explained with science and no such silly nonsense as time travel or monsters existed. Liars.

I just got around to watching the last episode and it pretty much confirmed that my days as a Lost fan are done, I have been going off it for a while but this was the final straw.
I have expressed before that I just think time travel is the laziest plot device ever, it’s constant use this season in Lost is made even worse by the fact I distinctly remember the producers telling us that every thing on the Island could be explained scientifically and no time travel would be involved — the little fibbers.
Throw the fact that they all seem able to magically transport any where they feel like as well and it’s just, pointless.
That’s a good way to describe it actually, pointless. Because now no matter what happens I just don’t care, if someone dies I don’t care because they will probably be back, if someone disappears so what, if a new plane crashes big deal.
Yup, goodbye lost.

I am about 30 minutes into the first episode of Lost and…meh.
Time Travel huh? The laziest and most unimaginative plot device known to man, how dull.
I have given up for now because it was annoying me. Don’t get me wrong, I am not ditching Lost completely — I am dedicated to the shows I like even after the turn to crap, I will watch the rest of the episode and indeed the rest of the season.
But not today, maybe not tomorrow, maybe not even within the next month. It’s simply not that interesting any more.

…of course on the first night in weeks that there was actually loads of shows on last night, my Internet died on me so I was unable to watch any thing.
Now I am all behind. Two episodes of Scrubs, two hours of American Idol and two hours of The Biggest Loser and two hours of Lost that I just don’t know when I will get the chance to get caught up on.
Grr.
I am not sure that I will watch American Idol this season any way though, I tend not to like it once it gets passed the auditions stage — time will tell.

…who knew? Not me.
I am excited that the new season starts really soon, but I definitely don’t love lost as much as I used to as evidenced by the fact I didn’t know the new season was just around the corner and more surprisingly — I can’t remember where the last season left us.
Sun was pregnant, right? Err, The Others had run off down a tunnel some where…or…something.
Yeah, that’s all I can remember.

Oh happy days, 24 is back — Four hours over two day? Bliss.
For me 24 is one of only a handful of American drama shows that is still decent, even after so many seasons — I find the most have awesome first two seasons then turn to crap. Lost, Alias, Heroes…I could name countless others.
I have only seen the first two episodes so far, I plan to watch the other two tonight so shall report back with my feelings then

Apparently I do, but this is quite the revelation to me as I had no idea I had a Bad Boy thing.
I currently have crushes on just three people from the telly and there’s a common theme, they are all bad boys who have the potential to be tamed by the love of a good woman.
Sean Slater off of Eastenders is probably my favourite, and seeing him all gooey over baby Amy makes me weak at the knees — but you know he’d slash you if you so much as looked at him the wrong way.
Then there’s Silar off of Heroes who makes me shudder every time he stares down the camera, but does absolutely nothing for me as ‘Gabrielle’.
Finally there is Sawyer off of Lost. He’s been off my screen for far too long now and I can’t wait to see his naked chest again.
