Faster, Faster, Make it go faster!

I was just reading about the charter ultra fast 60 service that is currently being rolled out across America – green with envy doesn’t even come close to explaining how I feel about it.
My fiance already gets his Internet at twice the speed I do even though we are on the same service and that drives me crazy, so the idea that others are getting it probably 100 times faster makes me almost lose the plot.
As you know by now I watch a lot of TV shows online, if it wasn’t for torrents and streaming sites I wouldn’t get to watch three of my favourite TV shows – Survivor, The Amazing Race and The Biggest Loser Australia. The thing is my upload speed especially is so shoddy that I can’t do two things at once, if I am uploading anything such as videos to youtube or seeding torrents I can’t stream at all – So I can’t just decide I want to stream something and do it there and then, I have to wait until I know my computer won’t be busy doing other things!
My Internet life would be a lot faster with 60mb speeds, therefore buying me extra ‘real life’ time – which I would then probably use to watch more TV hehe.

Just watched episode 3 of The Biggest Loser USA and come away really annoyed. Tracey is a total loon, she even has the crazy lady eyes to go with it – some of the choices she made this week were beyond strange and she’s created a massive target on her back, but I can’t help but feel sorry for her.
I just heard it mentioned somewhere and am about to pop from excitment. A quick look shows it’s not out until November 19th (just in time for the Christmas rush huh? New years resolutions ahoy!
My only hope is that Mark wipes the floor with the lot of them. I really liked Kevin to begin with but the way in which he turned on Mark for being too competitive really turned me off of him, especially as Kevin then went on to prove that he was just as if not more competitive than him.
Or I could do what I saw on TV today. The Biggest Loser UK contestants got a video message from home and one of the woman’s kids came on screen and announced they had been a big naughty in her absence….and got a dog! Something she had said a categorical ‘NO’ to.
Lots of them have pictures up from the finale or behind the scenes or things they have been upto since Monday — it’s a lot of fun looking through them and really highlights that they are all friends despite any drama or animosity during the show.
Bob was the obvious winner in that he had the highest % and was a weight loss machine, but I did think there was a high chance he would throw it in order to let Tiffany win — the parents this season never made any bones about the fact they were there for their kids and wanted to get them far, and Tiffany had the double bracelet and the producers would have loved to have the gorgeous and sweet young mum as their first female biggest loser for sure.
It’s hard to believe that ‘The Alliance’ in The Biggest Loser Australia was not even really known about until just a few short weeks ago, it seems like it’s all the show is about at the moment and I don’t know a single person who watches it that isn’t sick to death of the blasted, bloody, chuffing alliance.
I have no idea at this point if Nathan is leaving or not and I have no idea if they person he’s taking with him (Sean? Sharif? Bob? Oh please not Bob!) will be actually leaving, the Commando appearing at the end of the episode with a “Where do you think you’re going?” indicates not.
