Have you ever wondered what the top rated diet pills are? I have always said that I don’t really think diet pills are the right way to go, shows like The Biggest Loser prove it can be done without them – but if you are going to use them you are better off knowing which ones to spend your money on. So be sure to do your research first people

I am just working my way through The Biggest Loser finale that aired on Tuesday night and have got as far as seeing who won the at home prize – I really didn’t want Rebecca to win it, as I mentioned before I didn’t like her too much.
As she proved by winning it she was clearly extremely competitive, one of the most competitive there – yet whenever anyone else made a move to further themselves and not her she’d throw her toys out of the pram about it. I thought she had an awful attitude.
Still can’t take away from what she achieved, sans the haircut that ages her 20 years she is looking smoooookin’
Another surprise was Shay basically being handed $100k for no reason, I didn’t dislike Shay in any way, I just don’t see why the fact she was the heaviest ever should entitle her to this special treatment.
Now, let’s see who wins it – I think I am rooting for Rudy.

I have only seen the first half of the episode so far, I will no doubt have more to say once I have seen the rest.
Firstly I need to start watching the episodes sooner. I added a bunch of contestants past and present on Facebook this week but forgot to take into account that they’d all be discussing the show – I am very anti spoilers as you know, so knowing exactly what happens in the episodes ruin them for me.
So either watch ‘em faster or remove them all as friends again, boo.
On to the show itself – Dina and jumping on the footstool, what am I missing? I simply didn’t understand the difficulty she was having with it at all…just…yanno…jump on it.
I will never understand why Bob and Jillian go along with the drama and crying when it comes to people switching teams or losing their partners — I feel like they ought to be telling them to suck it up and that it will ultimately make them stronger. I lost a lot of love for Bob last year when he did this and I feel the same again this year. I thought the UK lot were bad when this happened in the last UK series, but I clearly hadn’t seen any thing yet…Bob is not always going to be your trainer, you can’t take him home with you in your pocket…Rudy is not always going to be your partner, you can’t take him home with you in your pocket. Might as well get used to that now than in a few weeks time. Drama Queens.
Liz and Rebecca are nasty. I can’t get my head around every one hating on Tracy for the way she split the teams, she was never going to be able to make everyone happy and I actually think she split them pretty fairly. Liz and Rebecca’s reactions to the fact she didn’t do what they wanted were especially pathetic. She won the power, it’s her call bitches.
I also didn’t understand why the black team kept being referred to as the underdogs, as I said above the teams seemed pretty evenly stacked to me.

*Cough splutter die*
The Biggest Loser is making a Wii game? Who knew, well not me clearly.
I just heard it mentioned somewhere and am about to pop from excitment. A quick look shows it’s not out until November 19th (just in time for the Christmas rush huh? New years resolutions ahoy!
) but it has Bob and Jillian on the cover so I am sold. I need look no more.
Well no OK I will look some more, because I bought Jillians Wii game before just because it had her name on it, and it was shit to be frank. So I am definitely going to seek out some reviews to see if it’s worth the money and what is actually involved. It only costs £15 so I am guessing it’s not going to be that great.
Speaking of The Biggest Loser, I only just got around to last weeks episode…I am amazed that for the first time ever they actually talked numbers, they had alaways seemed to keep it under wraps before but in episode 2 we heard them say the women are on 1200 cals and burning 6000 per day, and then men on 1800 cals (I think).
Crazy.

Why do people take weight loss pill? Don’t they watch The Biggest Loser? You can do it without pills and potions and magical cures — mind you The Biggest Loser does a great job of getting across just how much effort and dedication is required to actually not only lose a lot of weight but also keep it off, and since overweight people are generally lazy I guess I just answered my own question there didn’t I?

I am missing The Biggest Loser at the moment, there was a period of around 5 months where I was watching an episode every single day thanks to it being on in the UK, Australia and USA at the same time.
Now I am having to go cold turkey on it since the UK version ended almost 2 weeks ago now.
My usual resolve to not eat Chocolate Candies and other delicious high calorie goodies has all but vanished now I have to use my own willpower alone.
Oh well, as long as I don’t go crazy it’s actually good to treat yourself now and then

Someone just asked me to look on the Accor Hotels website and pick my dream vacation – I then went into a big fantasy in mt head where I chose my favourite, they waved a magic wand and made my dream come true, but actually they were just curious because they are planning a vacation.
Sigh, my dreams are dashed.
Still, it was nice to take a look at what they have to offer and dream away. I have mentioned before that I am desperate to get away somewhere exotic on vacation but money is too tight for this summer, so this is not the first time I have made a ‘dummy’ dream vacation plan
An Accor Hotels City Super Sale is currently running where you can get savings of up to 60% for stays between July and September. I would love to go to Australia, it has always been my dream and some of the prices they have really are killer. I would happily go to any city if I could, but ideally I would love to go to Sydney and do all the typical touristy stuff like climbing the Sydney harbour bridge like they seem to do in every season of The Biggest Loser Australia

The UK Biggest Loser finale just aired, but I have not watched it yet so I don’t know who won — though I think it is pretty obviously going to be Kevin, his percentage fair outweighs every one else going into the final stages so I don’t see how they could possibly catch up.
My only hope is that Mark wipes the floor with the lot of them. I really liked Kevin to begin with but the way in which he turned on Mark for being too competitive really turned me off of him, especially as Kevin then went on to prove that he was just as if not more competitive than him.
Mark’s only crime was being honest about being in it to win it.
On the other hand of the 4 in the final I do think Kevin deserves it the most as he has put in 100% effort since the very start.
It’s not been the best series to be honest. A lot of lazy and unlikable contestants and Kate Garroway was hella annoying, but I hope the viewing figures were good enough that it will return with a higher budget for another series

I often wonder what sort, if any, of vitamins and supplements and the like the contestants on The Biggest Loser take — do they get every thing they need from their low calorie diets or do they need a little help in that department?
I will always remember in the first Australian series after Harry returned and Jillian went mental at him, how Adro was allowed back into the game because Harry had been taking vitamins on the outside.
It was a total crock, it’s not like he was eating Tri O Plex protein cookies or something, just some basic multi vitamins.
I am still bitter that Adro ended up winning.
