…Bob’s team, wrong choice.

Oh man watching the episode I was hoping to see a bit of beautiful karma in action, I was already planning the blog post in my head as the episode went a long.

But alas, Bob’s team were weak and did ‘The right thing’ by voting out Blaine, despite him not being the biggest threat, despite Bob telling them not to, despite the fact the black team went against their direct wishes and voted out his biggest threat just a few weeks earlier.

I hope it comes back to bite them in the ass, I am now rooting for Dane to win the lot.

In other Biggest Loser news — Shut up Tara, please just shut up. She’s annoying me more and more each week, she has the ‘Heba factor’ about her in that she thinks she’s the shit, she thinks she’s better than the rest of the people there and believes that the world does, or at least should, revolve around her.

I can’t wait until she gets knocked down a peg or two.

The amount of times I have watched reality shows when the person going home has been a foregone conclusion, and rolled my eyes around in my head as the produce try and make us believe there’s a chance the other person will end up going — the first time in years I was actually proven wrong and the other person did end up going and it’s a person I really don’t think deserved to stay, typical.

I am of course talking about last weeks Biggest Loser where it appeared Joelle was done for, only for Damien to end up packing his bags.

I have no issues with people playing the game, they are there to try and stay as long as they can — all this who deserves it malarkey is nonsense. What I hate is the way they did it, asking the other team who they wanted them to vote for and making out like they were going to do it because they respected them, and offering all these bogus reasons at vote time.

If you are going to play the game and vote out the biggest threat, at least have the balls to do it loud and proud!

Good luck to Damien and his lovely fiance, they looked very happy and healthy in the closing scenes of the episode

Who will America choose to go through to the finale?

As is the theme for the later part of this season for me…who cares?

Whichever one makes it through will win, let’s be honest, Vicky and Michelle don’t have enough weight left to lose in order to beat them. Which ever is chosen, both win.

If Vicky had fallen under the line it would have been great to have that satisfaction of voting her off. If Michelle had fallen under it would have been great to be able to save her.

One thing I do know is that if this were a UK show it’d be a forgone conclusion that Ed would be chosen to go through, we are a cynical and devious lot when it comes to reality tv and we’d vote for the opposite of what the contestants want — we’d want to send a message to Ed and Heba that gaining weight in the final weigh in order to ensure your wife gets to the finale is not cool.

I don’t think America will vote that way for those reasons though. They’ll vote for Heba because she wants to be there more and/or because they want an all female finale!

Team Vile 1 – Team Nice 1

The latest episode of The Biggest Loser USA ended in a draw, with Ed returning (or The husband of ‘The world revolves around me’ Heba, as he’s better known in this household) scoring a point for Team Vile…and Amy deciding to vote off Brady scoring a point for Team Nice.

I didn’t think it’d happen to be honest, I have seen enough reality tv show vote offs to know that when it seems like it’s a forgone conclusion, they will edit the heck out of everything to make it seem like there’s a chance it’ll go the other way, but it never does.

Kudos to the editors.

I have disliked Heba from the start, she’s so up her own backside it’s unbelievable — there’s nothing worse than a bitchy little girl who loves to point out and pick at others flaws, but cannot see her own. As for Vicky, she seemed nice enough and then all of a sudden *bam* out comes Vile Vicky, one of the most unpleasant TBL contestants ever — now don’t get me wrong, I don’t care that she’s trying to play the game, I don’t care that she’s in it for the money more than the weight loss — but she’s a genuinely unpleasant woman.

Doing a little dance and happy clap in front of a team who just had to vote someone out? Who does that? No class. at all.

I think the best word to describe that little alliance, is simply Highschool — it really says every thing that needs to be said doesn’t it.

I hope that the black team do a similar little dance that they voted off Brady, let’s see how they like that. *

Roll on next week. The fallout should be spectacular. I only hope that Bob doesn’t freak out on Amy, her game, her life, her choice Bob!

* actually I hope they don’t, and I know they won’t…but it’d be well deserved if they did.
